Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery disruptions.
Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to client error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Resolution is subject to carrier investigation and determination.

All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable due to immediate access and intellectual property protection.
