All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective travel suppliers.

Independent Contractors

All travel suppliers are independent contractors. Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, or defaults of any third-party supplier.

Planning Fees

Planning fees compensate for professional time, research, customization, and expertise.

  • Planning fees are separate from travel costs

  • Payment of a planning fee does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes

  • Planning fees are earned upon receipt once services begin

Pricing & Availability

All pricing, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed by the travel supplier. Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co is not responsible for price increases, fare changes, or supplier-imposed fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal and travel information

  • Ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and documents are valid

  • Reviewing all travel documents upon receipt

Failure to review documents does not relieve the client of responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Mechanical failures, strikes, weather, or natural disasters

  • Government actions or travel restrictions

  • Illness, injury, or death during travel

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property/Digital Products

All website content, branding, text, images, and materials are the exclusive property of Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arkansas.
