Planning Fees

All travel planning fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes consultations, research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and booking assistance.

Travel Supplier Refunds

Refunds, credits, and cancellations for flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, and other travel services are governed solely by the policies of the travel suppliers.

Bougie Frog Lifestyle & Travel Co does not guarantee refunds or credits issued by suppliers.

Changes & Modifications

Client-requested changes after booking may result in:

• Supplier change fees

• Fare or rate increases

• Additional planning fees

Travel Insurance Disclaimer

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients who decline travel insurance assume all financial risk for cancellations, delays, illness, injury, or emergencies.
