This women-only class is designed to teach practical self-defense skills and everyday situational awareness strategies to help women feel more confident, alert, and prepared.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. Avoid dresses, sandals, heels, or restrictive clothing.

What to Bring
Bring water, a small towel if desired, and a positive mindset. All training equipment will be provided unless otherwise noted.

Limited Seats
Spots are limited to ensure hands-on instruction and a quality training experience.

Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to a future class only if notice is given at least [insert your deadline, like 48 hours] before the event.

Instructor Bio
Nicole Sumner-Wheeler is a certified law enforcement officer and certified law enforcement training instructor with over 13 years of experience. She is passionate about helping women become more confident, aware, and prepared through practical, real-world safety training.
